My name is Heather. in 2016, I had a severe stroke that left me with left side hemiplagia. Over these years I have focused on rehabilitation to improve my mobility situation, establishing daily and weekly routines that have kept me in good condition, happy and healthy. I blogged my recovery as Awesome Mountain Girl and now I’d like to share my retirement journey as this Mountain Girl retires to life in her little piece of paradise in theRocky Mountains of Western Canada. I’ll also be taking myself on a few trips every year, locally, nationally and internationally. Perhaps you’d like to follow Me as I go. Or just follow along with the daily peaceful.
